Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy

1. Damaged or Defective Products
We ensure quality checks for every product, but in rare cases, transit mishandling may cause damage. If you receive a misprinted, damaged, or defective product:

  • Submit a replacement request within 7 days of delivery.
  • Provide an unboxing video, photos of the damaged product, and the original packaging as proof.
  • Requests submitted after 7 days will not be accepted.
  • Important: If an unboxing video is not provided and we are unable to verify the issue, we will not be liable for refunds or replacements.

2. Exchanges or Returns for Incorrect Sizes

  • If the wrong size is ordered or you wish to exchange a non-defective product, it will be handled at your expense.
  • Place a new order for the correct size, as we do not offer refunds or free exchanges for such cases.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-printed or personalized items cannot be returned unless they are damaged, defective, or misprinted.

4. General Terms

  • Refunds will not be processed for changes of mind or dissatisfaction with the design after purchase.
  • Replacement requests must meet all proof requirements for approval.
